Comfortable hotel for a quick trip, has an elevator, basic breakfast but with everything you need, the lady in the kitchen fries eggs if you ask, super polite. The way the attendant spoke was just annoying if we left at 12pm calling the room, we found the attendant to have no attitude.

The space is really quite small, maybe if it's a single person, or just a couple, it won't be too much of a hassle. Breakfast is very simple, just some cakes, bread, ham and cheese; They could improve the breakfast with a few more options that are not very expensive, such as scrambled eggs or sausage. The shower could also be improved, as it is angled towards the shower, where most of the water falls, and little towards the person using it. The tap in room 04 is also defective. Commendable points include the air conditioning, which is modern and works well, the TV, which also worked and had a clear image, and the elevator for people with mobility difficulties.

I like to evaluate each point! Positives: Staff are all polite and attentive! Breakfast has good options that match the hotel's standard, varied juices, breads, cake, fruits and delicious coffee! Accessibility is important! They have an elevator! Negative: Poor structure, small bathrooms, showers with almost no water (at least in the room I stayed in - 14!, old air conditioning, some rooms have Split but they are old or don't work! The room I stayed in had new air but the inadequate position and the noise in your ears is unbearable! Curtains don't block out the light and rooms have some mold! In short, I don't recommend it if you're a light sleeper and if you can't stand the heat! Go for something urgent! More than a day is complicated!

Over the phone, the guy at reception assured me that there was a garage, when we arrived, there was a mini parking lot on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, my car spent the night on the street. Don't get excited about the triple room, you'll be juggling one of those antennas. TV that is sold on any corner to tune in to the local channel, there is no box in the bathroom, so there is flooding, with water concentrated in one spot, as there is no leveling of the ceramics. The air conditioning is from the time my grandmother went out to at night, but at least it got the job done, we weren't too hot. The beds are comfortable, despite being simple. Finally, for those who don't have many demands, it is possible to get around all these problems, but I think it is expensive to charge R$ 160.00 per night, despite there being 3 people, faced with so many problems.
